5. Payment and Pricing

All prices for our Services are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration through our approved payment methods.

The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time. Such changes will not affect registrations that have already been confirmed. Special promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be specified during the promotion.

6. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Requests for refunds must be made in writing to [email protected].
• Full refunds will be provided if requested at least 14 days before the start date of the webinar or course.
• 50% refunds will be provided if requested between 7-13 days before the start date.
• No refunds will be provided for requests made less than 7 days before the start date.
• We may, at our sole discretion, provide full or partial refunds in exceptional circumstances.

All content provided through our Website and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and webinar/course materials, is the property of FivePointEO or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
